Our process
Making a start
We will deal with your initial inquiry promptly and arrange for the proposed project to be surveyed.
If you have architectural drawings or a specification for a project, they can be emailed to us and we will cost them immediately and return a quotation.
All surveys are carried out by our team, an in depth report will be produced and we will speak to you about all your requirements on all aspects of the project.
We take the time to understand more about your vision and reasons why you need the work carried out and offer advice when needed. A quotation will then follow within a few days.
Contract
More visits will take place to finalise the complete specification of the project.
A contract will be drawn up that is agreeable by both parties, this will include fixed prices, final specification, payment schedules, start date and project duration. A program schedule and welcome pack will be issued.
Construction
Work will commence on the start day and the program schedule will be kept to on target. All work is carried out to specification, any changes to the design will have a quotation submitted before the changes take place.
All work is snagged pre completion and the problems addressed. Project is then handed over fully complete.
Completion / Aftercare
Projects are handed over fully complete with the relevant documentation and user guides, a completion file is collaborated throughout the project which covers materials used, warranties, certificates, user guides and all the information you require from the project.
All major construction work suffers from a few minor snags after completion, its general down to settlement etc. during the handover of all our projects, we supply snag sheets that can be emailed, faxed or sent to our office. All items are logged and the repair is booked in and dealt with promptly.
